There is no such thing as <cat>/<pkg>-<version>.ebuild.

Created attachment 392546 [details] wmutils-core-9999.ebuild wmutils is a (rather new) set of simple tools to manipulate X windows/clients. These tools make it rather easy extending every WMs functionality using some simple (shell-)scripts based on these. (there's a tagged 1.0 version on github, but I don't know, yet, how to use them, so a -9999.ebuild is attached). The project also has some "optional" tools available in a seperate repo, for which I'll file another bug+ebuild.
