Hi,

opensm ships sldd daemon which helps to reassign LIDs if some nodes were rebooted during handover.

Patches and files below add tools use flag to control sldd installation and adds appropriate init.d/conf.d files.

This bug depends on #531980, because ebuild patch should be applied afterwards.
