kde-base/ark-4.14.3 crashes because of invalid memory access in Ark::Part::~Part. Upstream seems to have committed a fix to a dead branch only for the convenience of distros still shipping 4.14. So if Gentoo should have a kde-base/ark-4.14* package, it must include a patch from the upstream branch.
