Emerging xterm, after htop fails due to a collision about
/usr/share/applications/uxterm.desktop
apparently installed by htop.

1) You're using the wrong bug tracker. Gentoo does not equal Calculate.
2) No, sys-process/htop does not install /usr/share/applications/uxterm.desktop
