Request darcs-0.9.20 be moved from ~x86 to stable.  Otherwise people who try to avoid 'testing/unstable' packages cannot use it.

I have used it for months without issue and have heard no problems in the community.

Done. Sorry for the delay. As an implication, wxhaskell-0.7 has been marked
stable. I've also added 0.9.21 to ~x86.
