I've opened an issue to see if the author would be willing to bump to something greater than 1.00 to avoid a collision: https://github.com/JBlond/mod_log_rotate/issues/1 I'm the maintainer of https://github.com/JBlond/mod_log_rotate and I have done what you wanted and increased the version number.
