try emerging =media-video/handbrake-0.10.0
it will fail as following configure options are invalid:
	--disable-local-autotools
	--disable-local-cmake
	--disable-local-yasm

removing those leads to a working build

Thanks for reporting, you can only enable but not disable those options.
