New release of gstreamer - 0.8.3 (6-5-2004), which is a day-after bugfix for 0.8.2 (6-4-2004), which has all the real changes.

New ebuild for gstreamer.  Added correct SRC_URI and removed
gstreamer-0.8-unclobber_asm.patch, which is now unnecessary.

The ebuild works great, but there is a version-dependent reverse dependency for media-plugins/gst-plugins-alsa, which is hooked to a keyword in media-libs/gst-plugins.

The revised ebuilds are attached subsequently ...

0.8.1.2 is a 0.8.2 pre-release, we'll be waiting for the final release
