it's not really a crash and it's quite obvious whats wrong i think : 'gcc: cannot specify -o with -c or -S and multiple compilations' . I have no idea why it does that, i have never seen it before. gcc guys know whats going on there ? Right, the problem is not Nautilus. I got the same error when compiling kdebase (but, strangely, not kdelibs). ldconfig resolved the problem, and kdebase installed correctly. But this trick does not work with nautilus. Strange... Well, I tried to re-emerge Nautilus 2.6.0 today (after updating portage to 2.0.50-r8)and it worked. Don't know where it could come from !!! I close the bug (as invalid). If the GCC people have and idea from where it could come, reopen the bug. And if the bug shows up again when I compile other things, I'll create another bug report. |
