Please attach the entire build log to this bug report. Also, post the output of `emerge -vpq sys-devel/patch'. Also, why is your system so outdated? I have the same issue. And as usual - post your emerge --info upgrading sys-devel/patch solved the problem for me. Ok, then, problem was in too old system maybe you could add a check for this? If you encounter such problems - basic solution is: emerge -u @system Checks for patch version in such cases should be added only for base-system packages |
