That would allow me to build using AddressSanatizer (https://code.google.com/p/address-sanitizer/wiki/AddressSanitizer) using package.env for packages that do strip compile flags, e.g. net-im/pidgin.

there's a bunch of sanitize options.  we probably should glob it rather than hardcode each new one as it is released.
