It looks Spamcop changed the way of login, tcpdump show me that spamcup do redirect to https:

Spamcup didn't handle https:// correctly due to missing ssl support for http::request. When I installed dev-perl/LWP-Protocol-https spamcup started works correctly.

Or dependency should be on dev-perl/libwww-perl[ssl].
