The existing ebuild have problem with tun/tap device.

Please be sure before changing is the version of user-mode tools you choice work
with tun/tap device. For the version I suggested I'm sure, because I'm using it
for my UML networking. Some of the last uml-tools versions also have such kind
of problems. So please check before to choice an ebuild.
