Ajay wishes to help out with postfix and courier-imap;   I'll be speaking with him on IRC in a bit and get him to cc himself on this bug, so please consider this a placeholder for th present.

He will be mentored by robbat2.  Robin, he's all yours.  Let us know when he's ready for the quiz and other stuff.

Haven't recieved any new dev deliverables from Ajay yet. Still need the quiz, copyright assignment, GPG and DSA keys.

Umm..  I'm the dev in question and could my eval period be extended since I haven't really spent the amount of time I had planned for Gentoo?

You guys can close this bug.  It's the end of July and pretty obvious that I don't have the time to be a Gentoo developer.  I will still use Gentoo (obviously), report bugs, and help users when I can.
