Here's an ebuild for jail-1.9, Jail Chroot Project is a tool that builds a 
chrooted environment and automagically configures and builds all the required 
files, directories and libraries.

I suggest app-misc or app-shells category for this package.

Attached to this bug: jail-1.9.ebuild and jail-gentoo.diff (a small patch)

Initial ebuild is now in portage.  Made some very minor adjustments in ebuild
for FHS compliance.  Thanks!
