This looks right. The new dep x11-libs/libxcb could take [${PYTHON_USEDEP}] however in this package it causes repoman to draw error under py3.4 and pypy, not supporting them.
Give it 2 days.

You should probably add x11-libs/libxcb to RDEPEND as well.
