agter changing globally my USE standard adding 
abi_x86_32
many packages require 

net-libs/webkit-gtk:2[abi_x86_32]

(dependency required by "x11-libs/wxGTK-3.0.1.1::vortex[abi_x86_32,webkit,X]" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "media-gfx/hugin-2014.0.0-r1::maekke" [installed])

but there is not an ebuild with this use flag.

This is a bug in vortex overlay, talk to the maintainer of that (unofficial) overlay
