gcc-4.8.3 fails to build on ppc since 33_all_gcc48_config_rs6000.patch from piepatches 0.5.9 uses the undeclared ESP_DRIVER_SELF_SPECS instead of ESP_DRIVER_SELF_SPEC like all other archs.

will be fixed in piepatchset 0.6.1 for 4.8.3

Fixed in gcc 4.8.4 and piepatchset 0.6.2 for gcc 4.9.2
