patch making zbar 0.10 work with UVC cameras.

zbar currently does not work with UVC camers. I found a patch that fixes this here: http://boards.openpandora.org/topic/17026-zbarcam-no-longer-works/page-2

Would be fine if there was a zbar-0.10-r5 release including this patch.
