The license for app-crypt/yubikey-neo-manager should be BSD-2 and not MIT.

Install a desktop menu entry, docs and change the package license. The patch applies against >=yubikey-neo-manager-0.2.4. 0.2.3 doesn't have the neoman-large.png icon that is used by neoman.desktop.
