fix bashism
This should fix the problem with dash.

Not quite, the '==' string comparison operator doesn't work in dash. Also, using an external command (/usr/bin/cut) to split the string is not ideal, when shell builtins can do the job. Here's how I would do it. Hi, I'm unable to reproduce this report with the following attempt. If you are also unable to reproduce this, I'm going to close the report. emerge dash (latest stable 0.5.8.2) emerge eselect-sh eselect sh set dash env-update source /etc/profile emerge \=mate-themes-1.8.0 While upstream mate-themes has incorporated a patch to remove the bashism in question, if dash now supports it as is in 1.8, the bug at hand is moot.
