I don't maintain mpi350-driver and don't have the hardware to do so... I *do* have the distfiles, provided it uses the acu drivers... but without hardware to test it... I can't do much... Are you willing to tets my ebuilds? If so, are you willing to be a point of contact for the ebuild from now until all life as we know it shall cease? *grin* This ebuild needs a maintainer. *** Bug 66631 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** The ebuild has RESTRICT="fetch" and needed files for the old version are not available on Cisco website any more (Bug 66631). Unless someone can maintain this ebuild, it should be removed from portage b/c it is useless. Marking as a blocker. The MPI driver in the 2.1 download does not work with 2.6 kernels and needs to be ported. I've looked into it, but feel it is too much work that isn't supported by upstream. The driver should be removed. This package is scheduled for removal on September 9th, unless a maintainer can be found, along with patches, as the in-kernel version of the driver is more up-to-date. No longer in portage, closing. |
