trying to emerge media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-firmware will result in not beeing able to download the specific tar.gz from www.linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/dvb-firmwares-1.tar.bz2

correct url is : www.linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/dvb-firmwares.tar.bz2
MD5 Cache needs to be updated too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge media-tv/linuxtv-dvb-firmware
3.
Actual Results:  
download the tar.gz from www.linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/dvb-firmwares-1.tar.bz2 fails

Expected Results:  
download the tar.gz from www.linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/dvb-firmwares.tar.bz2
+ md5 cache update will work
