ices ebuild
An ices build has been added to portage. Currently I am waiting for a shared python library to be available on the system so I can enable the python modules support. In the mean time, if you would like to install and use it, you can unmask it from profiles/package.mask. I modified your ebuild and added a patch so that files install into FHS compliant directories. Report back on this bug report if you end up testing it. As soon as the shared python library becomes available it will be unmasked in portage. You know what... i'm just going to unmask the build. The shared python library support will end up in a -r1 or whatever the next release is. Thanks for the ebuild suggestion. :) :) it all worked finer as well. nice job. and thanks, expect loads of other ebuilds too! |
