checking whether the C compiler works... no configure: error: in `/tmp/portage/dev-lang/opendylan-2013.2/work/opendylan': configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables See `config.log' for more details checking for x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-clang... x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-clang CFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -ggdb -march=native -ftracer -frecord-gcc-switches" Guess what? -frecord-gcc-switches is invalid with clang. Filter the flags if it uses an alternative compiler. + 29 Oct 2014; Patrick Lauer <patrick@gentoo.org> opendylan-2013.2.ebuild: + Fix cc detection #527108 Upstream made a change for FreeBSD/MacOS so that opendylan would prefer clang over gcc, I'm not really happy with the current 'fix' but at least it won't randomly fail if clang is installed. |
