This ebuild fixes problems in currently stable dev-vcs/bzr-1.5.1:
- ebuild is not checking for python properly: adding python_targets_python2_7 in package.use file does not allow to compile package because it checks USE_PYTHON env variable instead of set USE flags
- locales are installed in wrong place (see bug 469260)

Since this is old bzr release, is it possible to stabilize it?
