patch to remove slib dependency from gnucash-2.6.4.ebuild

Currently the gnucash ebuild depends upon slib, which currently does not build ( #465348 ).

However, as gnucash bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=615168 shows, the slib dependency was removed from gnucash some years ago. The patches in that bug were committed in 2011 (e.g. https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/commit/e34979b54f8a41040b5debaed2ba189acc2ce0e7).

The Changelog.2011 confirms the slib is removed from the configure.ac:

"* [r20437] configure.ac: [PATCH 3/4] Bug #615168: Remove
   configure.in check for slib Gnucash no longer requires slib.
   Patch by Andy Wingo"

I've tested this with the applied patch with app-office/gnucash-2.6.4.ebuild and it works fine. Can we remove the slib dependency from this package.
