running caff fails with:

Can't locate Net/IDN/Encode.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Net::IDN::Encode module) (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib64/perl5/5.20.1/x86_64-linux /usr/local/lib64/perl5/5.20.1 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.20.1/x86_64-linux /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.20.1 /usr/lib64/perl5/5.20.1/x86_64-linux /usr/lib64/perl5/5.20.1 .) at /usr/bin/caff line 381.

Maybe you need to add this 

http://search.cpan.org/~cfaerber/Net-IDN-Encode-2.201/lib/Net/IDN/Encode.pm

as a dependency? Although I can't see it in portage
