This is an ebuild for the Perl package Net-Msmgr-0.16 off of CPAN.  This package allows Perl developers to easily interface with the MSN Instant Messenger service.

This is the ebuild for dev-perl/Net-Msmgr-0.16	which should be ready to be
added to the Gentoo Portage tree.

Noted, I apologize, and this bug can probably resolved as INVALID, as it is clearly irrelevant.  I will make sure to read the guidelines closer in the future.
