Since Gentoo decided not to mirror the source files for this package, there is no
longer any way to get the sources needed for any version lower than 0.6.
Additionally I fail to see the difference between pikdev-0.6.5c and
pikdev-0.6.5c-r1 (other than the CVS header).
This leads me to question whether bug #48070 was actually fixed.

i've added the old sources to the gentoo mirror system, and properly fixed bug #40070 in 0.6.5c-r1 and 0.6.6.
