It works now. What I did: -switched between the ruby version with eselect ruby set ... -recompiled hivex with these settings -converted my .reg file to utf-8 unix line endings -used "--prefix 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM'" in hivexregedit command and it seems to work with dev-lang/perl-5.20.1 ================================================================= Package Settings ================================================================= app-misc/hivex-1.3.7-r1 was built with the following: USE="perl python readline -ocaml -ruby -static-libs -test" ABI_X86="64" RUBY_TARGETS="ruby19" dev-lang/perl-5.20.1 was built with the following: USE="berkdb gdbm -debug -doc -ithreads" ABI_X86="64" dev-lang/ruby-1.9.3_p547 was built with the following: USE="berkdb gdbm ipv6 ncurses rdoc readline ssl yaml -debug -doc -examples -rubytests -socks5 -xemacs" ABI_X86="64" CFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -pipe -fno-strict-aliasing" CXXFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -pipe -fno-strict-aliasing" dev-lang/ruby-2.0.0_p576 was built with the following: USE="berkdb gdbm ipv6 ncurses rdoc readline ssl -debug -doc -examples -rubytests -socks5 -xemacs" ABI_X86="64" CFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -pipe -fno-strict-aliasing" CXXFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -pipe -fno-strict-aliasing" dev-lang/ruby-2.1.3 was built with the following: USE="berkdb gdbm ipv6 ncurses rdoc readline ssl -debug -doc -examples -rubytests -socks5 -xemacs" ABI_X86="64" CFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -pipe -fno-strict-aliasing" CXXFLAGS="-march=native -O2 -pipe -fno-strict-aliasing" As you can see, my app-misc/hivex has -ruby use flag. I don't know what produced that error and what fixed it. |
