Lowcasing option works for english letters but doesn't work for russian.

Easy way to reproduce:

crabman@crmlp ~/temp/temp $ touch qweQWEйцуЙЦУ
crabman@crmlp ~/temp/temp $ renamexm --lowcase qweQWEйцуЙЦУ 
crabman@crmlp ~/temp/temp $ ls
qweqweйцуЙЦУ
