Hi,

I made the following changes:

Added information on SYN cookies
Added information on logcheck
Added information on chkrootkit
Various grammar fixes, many rewordings and syntax-fixes
Changed many infra-document links to use the ``id'' attribute
Changed the order of a few of the daemons to put the ftp daemons together

My patch includes jaervosz' patch (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51297). Apologies for any formatting changes.

Wait, what? My patch is shorter than jaervosz'? It contains all the fixes he sent me via e-mail. I'll check his patch, though.

Hi Dan, your patch is a reverted one (i.e. it converts the updated guide back into the old guide).
