srv.patch

SRV records are quite common nowadays, and adding them manually using general syntax is really annoying. I propose to include patch which add native support for SRV.

First patch is by Michael Handler <handler@sub-rosa.com> (dated 2000) updated by Laurent G. Bercot <ska-djbdns@skarnet.org> for djbdns-1.05.

Second patch is by me, it add documentation related to first patch.
