Cannot emerge spampd with perl 5.18.2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -C spampd
2.emerge spampd
3.
Actual Results:  
Seems here is missing dependice problem

mail-filter/spampd-2.42 does not have this problem. Stable request?

given 2.42 has been around a while and doesn't suffer this issue, might be time to nuke 2.30
