Description Robb Romans (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-05-28 15:47:06 UTC
Hi,

Another ham radio ebuild, hopefully for the app-ham category.
This one is for a GTK2 DX Cluster client. http://www.qsl.net/pg4i/linux/xdx.html
A DX Cluster is a packet communication network, primarily used for announcing "DX Spots", or amateur radio ops on a specific frequency. This progam allows connecting to a DX Cluster via telnet.

Can use app-ham/hamlib during runtime, but no build dependency. See bug 52155 for the proposed hamlib ebuild.

	Thanks,
	Robb

Thank you.

I compiled xdx on amd64 platform and it runs without a problem. So, can amd64 be added to it?

Please open a separate bug for this - and include any other ebuilds in media-radio/* that you'd like to see add ~amd64. Open them against me: killsoft@gentoo.org. Since you're a ham, you'd be perfect to test these ebuilds on amd64 :)

 Thanks
