Kdevelop-php upstream repository master branch is now Frameworks based and there is no live branch for kde4 based (1.7.0 is probably last release for kde4 and there are no more planned). This fact forces some changes in ebuilds:

1. dev-util/kdevelop-php-4.9999 should be dropped
2. dev-util/kdevelop-php-9999 KF5 based should be added

What is more - PHP-docs plugin is currently not ported, so -9999 version of kdevelop-php should not depend on it in any case.

I will attach my working ebuild of dev-util/kdevelop-php-9999

Kdevelop-php currently fails to compile, but that's probably upstream issue not ebuild one (as it used to work a few days ago).

There is branch 1.7.

Thanks, fixed in git. We'll keep 4.9999 for some time since it appears upstream may make 1.7.x releases in the future.
