Avoid discussion here.  This is a tracker for adding support to Gentoo for something similar to Funtoo mix-ins.  This can include portage changes, eselect changes, PMS changes, documentation changes, or anything else relevant.

I assigned it to myself - more than happy to re-assign if a project wants to own this.
