Back in 2010, the two separate tools unix2dos and dos2unix were merged into a single package called dos2unix:

In the tree, app-text/unix2dos and app-text/dos2unix block each other (somewhat confusingly, see http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.linux.gentoo.user/277328). But since app-text/dos2unix provides both programs, app-text/unix2dos is redundant.

We might as well lastrite it unless there's something I'm missing.

I've removed this from the tree. I'll open another bug as a reminder to remove the (harmless) blocker from dos2unix.
