Bug 520658 – media-plugins/mythplugins-0.27.1_p20140817 introduces new dependencies not matching mythtv use flags

The DEPEND list in the ebuild for mythplugins-0.27.1_p20140817 has lost the use flag checks from prior ebuilds and/or the mythtv ebuild, resulting in dependencies on other packages that may not be needed/useful (e.g. sys-libs/libraw1394, media-libs/libiec61883 and sys-libs/libavc1394, even if USE=-ieee1394

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up environment without the packages mentioned in the description already installed.
2. USE=-ieee1394 emerge -av '=media-plugins/mythplugins-0.27.1_p20140817'

Actual Results:  
Emerge needs to build/install sys-libs/libraw1394, media-libs/libiec61883 and sys-libs/libavc1394 to install mythplugins.

Expected Results:  
Mythplugins package can be installed without firewire package dependencies.

Note that there may be other inconsistencies between the mythtv package use flags/dependencies and the new mythplugins dependencies (e.g. libass).
