i think it's not normal situation, since it allows user to install more than one system logger at the same time. i'm attaching 3 patchces for syslog-ng, metalog and sysklogd with working blocking system (by added !virtual/logger in RDEPEND)

whats wrong with having multiple system loggers installed ?
they dont clobber each other's files and the only thing they do is create a warning about having multiple system logger provides when depscan is run ...
