networkmanager-9999.ebuild

NetworkManager git ebuild.

Based on the current stable NM ebuild, modified to use autotools-utils and for new dependencies(libndp and gtk-doc).
Needs no new files in FILESDIR, but uses the exiting ones from portage.

libndp doesn't exist in portage yet, i submited an ebuild in bug #520002
