This installs for me fine. diff pyzmq: 14.3.1 mine Installed versions: 14.3.0 Please downgrade to 14.3.0 and re-post. Can you please execute following command: 'python -c "import zmq.utils.constant_names"' Does it print an error message? Hi guys, Thank you for the prompt response! Ian, I have recompiled with pyzmq-14.3.0 and ipython now compiles fine. With regards to the command "python -c "import zmq.utils.constant_names"", it produced no errors either with 14.3.0 or 14.3.1. ok looks like the re-emerge fixed it |
