Building qemu-2.1.0 with the nfs USE flag set will fail as the configure script looks for libnfs-1.9.3 or newer but the newest version available in portage is net-fs/libnfs-1.8.0.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. flaggie app-emulation/qemu +nfs
2. emerge '=app-emulation/qemu-2.1.0'
