since upgrading to udev-215 drives never spindown, Im seeing frequent disk activity on all drives by systemd-udevd. 

machine is a kvm host, the drives accessed are not mounted in the host but part of mdraid/lvm volumes used in guests.

I downgraded to 208 now to avoid the issue.
