Regressions introduced in v-7.29 were addressed in v-7.30.

Please add to tree so we can test it.

The security related aspects of this was handled in bug 517364. Remaining in bump from 7.29 to 7.30 is a usability regression, so changing this bug back to an ordinary bump request.

Please see security bug 519244 which supersedes the need for upgrade to 7.30, now 7.31 is advised.
