Created attachment 33410 [details] biopython-1.30.ebuild Well, since this hasn't been touched recently, here's an update ebuild. All that's changed is the version number and the fact that it now requires python >= 2.2. Worked fine for me... Hi Daniel Thanks for the report. I have added the new version to the tree. Please test and report. Unfortunately biopython seems to have some problems on amd64 :(, but its fine on x86. George |
