Ebuild for GNU datamash

First version of an ebuild (no use flags or dependencies). Compiles and installs cleanly.

Ebuild for GNU datamash 1.0.6

Ebuild for new version 1.0.6. Ebuild now supports use flag "nls". Tested on amd64: compiles and installs cleanly.

GNU datamash was added to Gentoo a couple of months ago. It is called sci-calculators/datamash. Thanks!!!
