struts-legacy fails on compile, the problem is it can't find the commons-logging classes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ACCEPT_KEYWORDS='~x86' emerge struts-legacy

Actual Results:  
it failed

Expected Results:  
it should have installed

The line:
   echo "commons-logging.jar=`java-config -p commons-logging`" | sed 's/.*://' 
> build.properties

has to be changed into:
    echo "commons-logging.jar=`java-config -p commons-logging | sed 's/.*://'`" 
> build.properties
