new version of libxmlpp ebuild
Here's an ebuild with the mentioned changes [done independantly; I just found
this when I was about to submit it].
a bump to 2.7.1 would be nice... 2.7 is a different and unstable API , not like 2.6 you are completely right foser, 2.7 is very unstable, I apologise... FYI: libxml++-2.8.0 is released *** Bug 64977 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** 2.6 isn't compatible with 1.0, so a 2.6 ebuild would need to be a different SLOT. Same for 2.8. libxmlpp-2.8.0.ebuild
updated libxml dep, added in rdepend for glibmm and depend for pkgconfig.
Doesn't require libtool functions anymore and doesn't need destdir. Compiled
fine with -j3 but I don't know the policy of removing forced makeopts once they
are known to cause problems.
I'll grab this as I need it... in portage. the slot is incorrect & should be 2.8 really afaics. & grab this & need this.. if you don't intend to maintain it, you should be more considerate. seems i had my morning grumpyness hat on there, sorry for that... slot is correct & thnx for taking care of this ;) |
ebuild from 1.0.2 still works. only change it might need is dependencies: DEPEND=">=dev-libs/libxml2-2.6.1 >=dev-cpp/glibmm-2.4" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
